What to Expect

Receive Offers: As the offers come in, we will negotiate on your behalf so that you get the best deal possible. We will work closely with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the terms before you accept an offer.

Escrow, Documentation and Inspection: After you accept an offer, the buyer will deposit their earnest money and the escrow will be set up. Grayton Beach Realty will help you submit all necessary documentation. We offer onsite title services which makes the closing process easy for sellers and buyers even easier for you. When it comes time for the inspection we will be there for you. If any maintenance and repairs are required by the purchase agreement, we can help you schedule those so that your closing process is not interrupted.

Closing: Once the terms of the purchase agreement and escrow are met, and the buyer’s financing is secured, your closing will be scheduled and completed.
