Grayton Beach
The Heart of 30A
Grayton beach is a fun, funky little beach town filled with free-spirited, welcoming, laid-back people. It is a great to visit and an even better place to live. Narrow roads lined by oak trees and magnolias welcome you in and the people make you want to call it home. Grayton Beach was established in the late 19th century and is the oldest community in South Walton. There is a feeling of untouched beauty in Grayton Beach, partially because it is next to the preserved land in Grayton Beach State Park, but also because of the cozy character of a Grayton Beach home. Days in Grayton are exciting; get out and explore the dune trail, go paddle boarding or kayaking on Western Lake, or catch a fishing charter off the beach. If you are looking for a little nightlife, the infamous Red Bar will provide that and more with live music, great cocktails and delicious food.
